What is included in the subscription?

All current modules are included, and all future improvements are included as part of your subscription. We don’t charge per staff member.

How does the pricing work?

Pricing is based on learner count: R500/month for up to 99 learners, then +R500 for every additional 50 learners. Pricing scales up or down monthly as your learner count changes. There are no per-user fees.

How long is the trial period?

Your free trial lasts 30 days. If you decide to continue, we’ll invoice you monthly via EFT. If a payment is missed, we’ll contact you before any access is paused.

Is Nat20 Admin POPIA-aware?

Nat20 Admin is designed with POPIA-aware practices in mind: role-based access, strong account security (including 2FA by default), and school-controlled data. If you need a specific POPIA/security checklist for your governing body, we can provide it.

Can we control staff access?

Yes. You control what level of access your staff have in the application.

Where is data hosted? Is it backed up?

Hosted on South African servers. Backups run daily.

Do we own our data, and can we export it?

Yes. You can export key registers (like assets and library) to Excel. If you need a full export of your school’s data, we can provide a complete database export on request.

Can we cancel anytime? What happens after cancellation?

You can cancel any time. We won’t bill you from the next billing cycle after your cancellation request. You’ll have 2 weeks to download/export your data before the account is disabled.

What happens if I get stuck?

You can contact us any time you get stuck. We also provide quick-start guides and video tutorials.

What if a bug is noticed?

If something doesn’t look right, contact us and we’ll investigate quickly. We fix bugs as a priority and keep you updated.

How do we get started / onboarding time?

Most schools can get started quickly. Setup time depends on how many books, assets, activities, and learners you want to load — we’ll help you choose the fastest approach.

Do we need special hardware for barcodes?

You will require a standard 1D barcode scanner to scan barcodes. If needed, you can also enter the barcode number manually.
