With the new added ability to quickly and email the parents of the child, to easily create calendar alerts, and give them a PDF version of their childs activities, should help assist in preventing a "Whoopsy" day.

Assets Management - Find that item easily!

We all know that having to perform a stock take is one of the worst things that you can do, and it is even worse when everything is manual.
With the asset register, everything can get its own barcode so that it is easily scanned during stock take, and you select the venue you are checking and it automagically ensures that everything that should be there is there, and moves the new items that you find!
Plus, it gives you the ability to save contract information for easy reference later on - storage of contacts in a future update - and easily save license information, such as Windows Keys for easy reference.

This program is nowhere near finished being improved on, we are planning on implementing the following features in as soon a period as possible
1. Timetable - This feature will allow you to create class timetables for the learners and staff, creating a centralised location to create your timetables
2. Digital Registers - This feature will allow your staff to mark all the learners that are present without having to print out any papers.
3. Parents Access - This feature will allow parents to be able to login to the system to view all of their child's information, such as ExtraCurricular Activities, homework, etc.
4. Basic accounts - This feature will allow the account staff to have a central place for the parents to view their accounts, and allow a simplified view of accounts due, etc.
